Dr. Wassil Nowicky — Dipl. Ing., Dr. techn., DDDr. h. c., Director of “Nowicky Pharma” and President of the Ukrainian Anti-Cancer Institute (Vienna, Austria). Has finished his study at the Radiotechnical Faculty of the Technical University of Lviv (Ukraine) with the end of 1955 with graduation to “Diplomingeniueur” in 1960 which title was nostrificated in Austria in 1975. Dr. Wassil Nowicky became the very first scientist in the development of the anticancer protonic therapy and is the inventor of the preparation against cancer with a selective effect on basis of celandine alkaloids “NSC-631570”. He used the factor that cancer cells are more negative charged than normal cells and invented the Celandine alkaloid with a positive charge thanks to which it accumulates in cancer cells very fast. Thus, Dr. Nowicky is invited as an Honorable Speaker to take part in many scientific international congresses and conferences in USA, Australia, Japan, UAE, Europe. Author of over 300 scientific articles dedicated to cancer research. Dr. Wassil Nowicky is a real member of the New York Academy of Sciences, member of the European Union for applied immunology and of the American Association for scientific progress, honorary doctor of the Janka Kupala University in Hrodno, doctor “honoris causa” of the Open international university on complex medicine in Colombo, honorary member of the Austrian Society of a name od Albert Schweizer. He has received the award for merits of National guild of pharmasists of America. the award of Austrian Society of sanitary, hygiene and public health services and others

Caterina De Carolis achieved with honors Master Degree (Medical Doctor) in Medicine and Surgery on July 1981 at the University of Rome La Sapienza, and experimental thesis “Complement activation by cigarette smoke condensate and tobacco infusion” published on Arch. Environ. Health 38:176,1983 have been awarded “Cenci Bolognetti Foundation”

Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Jahanfar is a reproductive epidemiologist with grounding in public health and biostatistics. She has completed her first PhD in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the University of New South Wales, Australia (1995) and her second PhD in Epidemiology and Health care from the University of British Columbia, Canada (2016). She has 23 years of academic experience in reproductive health and over 70 peer reviewed publications. Her research focuses on reproductive health, women and children health, and genetic versus environment studies. She has established a number of twin studies in Australia, Malaysia, and Canada. She has conducted several epidemiological studies and produced over 15 systematic reviews in the areas of HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, family planning, ultrasound screening and breast-feeding.

Daniel Gregorowius has completed his PhD in 2012 at the University of Zurich, Switzerland, with a thesis on the ethics of genetic engineering. He did postdoctoral studies at the LMU Munich, Germany, in the field of plant biotechnology. He did further postdoctoral studies at the University of Zurich on the ethics of synthetic biology and human germline editing. He also worked for different foundations and did several reserach projects, leading to more than 10 scientific publications. He is now leader of the research division of the "Foundation Dialogue Ethics" in Zurich and working on a project about assisted reproductive technologies.

Sathya has completed her medical education from University of Peradeniya and Masters and post-doctoral degree in public health & sexual health & HIV medicine from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. She completed post-doctoral fellowship at the infectious disease clinic and clinical epidemiology program at the University of Ottawa, Canada. She is a specialist medical officer at the National STD/AIDS Control Program Sri Lanka, where her work mainly involves Key Populations. Her work and research experience are both public health and clinical oriented. She has published many scientific research articles and presented research papers in several national and international conferences.

ACHOUR Radhouane is associate professor at faculty of medicine of Tunis-Tunisia; He has published many basic and clinical articles in relation to gynecology and obstetrics. , his research interests include Rare Diseases in gynecology and prenatal diagnosis. He serves as associate professor, Emergency Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in maternity and neonatology center Tunis Tunisia. He also serves as member of the editorial team Asian Pacific Journal of Reproduction , as member of the editorial team of the Global Journal of Rare Diseases ; member of the editorial team of the Journal of Neonatal Biology and member of The Science Advisory Board.
